Hi everybody,
if I get anxiety every time I have for example a flu I suppose this is health anxiety.
I don't think to have any major illness, but I can't cope with the anxiety to be at home not doing anything and sleeping bad and so on.
And I am stressed that having anxiety will prolong the illness.
Do you have these kind of problems?
