I was wondering if any one could help and give me any advice....., A couple of weeks ago I had a really bad tension headache, ever since because I'm stressing that my headache will come back my right shoulder is constantly tense and I have this dull ache behind my eye, also if I cough sneeze or bend over the right side of my head really hurts..,.... I'd be so grateful to hear from anyone who could shed some light, I'm not sure I've this is all just muscle tension or if is something more serious .....
