Will I Get Food Poisoning?

This might sound really silly, but I just had fish and chips, and some of the fish tasted slightly odd. Like a really intense fishy taste, but I still ate it. Does it sound like it wasn't cooked properly? Paranoid I'm going to get food poisoning now.

Fish with a fishy taste sounds normal to me even with an intense fishy flavour

you would know if it wasn't cooked or if it was off etc then it wouldn't taste fishy...... you will be fine.

Sounds like it just wasn't especially fresh. The longer fish is kept, the stronger the taste and odour. I doubt it will be harmful at all.
