Do u ever get weird thought and feel surreal?

Hi, just wondered if anyone fears there going mental and very surreal like? Like do u get weird thoughts through anxiety, example being I keep waking up randomly in the night and I am proper awake so I feel like something is there, whether it spiritual or something I am just asking cause some days I convince myself I am possessed sounds silly but true, thanks peeps!!

It is really horrible and plays in my mind alot then sometimes I am ok but when I happens I can't get it out of my head

I've never experienced this but I do find myself waking up and feeling a bit spaced you on any medication or anything? X

Not on any meds no hun just unusual thoughts every so often currently having cbt and getting married next Saturday that is probably contributing :)

I certainly do, only last night I was on bed and started repeating my Daughters name in my head and it didn't feel real. I was giggling to myself too like a crazed psycho! I've did this before with words/objects.
