Hi Justine. I'm new here too. Although I have had anxiety and depression in the past. Panic attacks are horrendous. You are NOT alone. So many of us on this forum suffer from this affliction. Always remember, you're not losing your mind and the attack will pass within minutes. You can learn techniques to help you get through these paralysing attacks.
