Hey guys, just wanted to share a happy story for once.

I went to a social event tonight and it actually went well. It was a small, low-key music event for the birthday of a guy in my friend's band. I made small talk with 3 people successfully, which is a feat for me. (I'm usually lucky to do it with one.) One of them even gave me a sincere hug when I left.

I'm very proud of this. It's one of my goals for battling my social anxiety. :]
