Hi
Not sure if I have mentioned before about having OCD, it's
really bad at the minute and makes me feel more anxious
I also can fall asleep and wake suddenly after say 30 minutes heart racing
feeling so anxious, I saw a cardiologist last week and he want me to
have a heart scan and I also to wear a monitor for week so it can
record when I have these episodes....has anyone ever had to wear
one of these monitors and what was it like.... I worry that my heart
ill be ok and not show anything on the monitor
I hate being such a worrier and thanks so much to anyone taking he time to read my post at this ridiculous hour
