I have been watching a show on BBC 3 about people suffering from OCD who go on a camp in America to battle their fears.
I have been in councilling since i was 13 so 5 years now. And my anxiety, depression and paranoia still control my life in every way on a daily basis.
So i was wondering if we have camps like this, involving wilderness skills to help battle depression and anxiety in the UK? As i feel this would really help me by pushing myself to deal with my mental health head on. Please message me if anyone knows anything about this if their arent any here i am even willing to save up and travel to America if there are any good ones there that are also affordable. Please help me i am really passionate about this but dont know where to start xxx
