I have heard that there is evidence to suggest a link between TMJD (jaw tension) and dizziness, due to the fact that the jaw and ear are closely linked. Please vote if you have either of these symptoms so we can try to establish whether there is a link. Something that may help; if you have jaw tension go to the dentist for a mouth guard, this should stop you grinding your teeth in your sleep.

My dentist is charging me £40 over all for making the mouth guard. Yes, if the dizziness IS caused by the jaw then stopping you from grinding your teeth should help it; it fits over your teeth so you can't grind them together.
