Does this happen to anyone, when they first wake:ohmy:
my sleep pattern is awful and finally fell asleep at 11 this morning
and I woke about about 3.30 and I feel awful really weird and confused
with some DP/DR,
If you have felt like this what do you do to stop that overwhelming
feeling of panic....sorry in advance if it seems I go on a lot about
the same thing:weep: it's just this is the only place I have to turn to
where people have compassion and understanding because they
are going through the same
