worried about breathing

Yesterday was finding it hard to catch my breath and apart from this got a dull ache in my chest. Went to docs when I saw him was in floods of tears he did my sats and they were really low 88% he said they should be at least 92% so he ordered another ecg which showed no change. Im really concerned how can my sats be so low:weep:

That happened to me hun I was catching my breath all the time, so what happens brain comes into play "omg your not breathing" do I panic started taking antihistamines they work a treat had asthma as a child and one squirt a day keeps me happy to, I even do it now occasionally emphasise my breathing when your body breathes naturally we can control how quick it slow we breathe but our bodies breathe automatically, that's what my doctor told me and since I have been fine :)

Are they doing any other tests?
