Hey I was wondering if anyone would be willing to talk through text or whatsapp, im not feeling too well at the moment my anxiety is playing up. I am just looking for someone who understands what im going through and is able to give me the support I need, which I will give in return. Many thanks

It's ruining mine too.. I'm 33 a mum of 2... Started feeling rubbish in May, have had a stressful couple of years, no time to myself, am worked up all the time.. Am convinced I'm going to get ill or die every time I feel a bit ill with whatever symptom .... Leaving my beautiful children alone! I'm so scared and it makes me feel so bad :(

I never felt this before :( but had a bad bout in May and been eating at me ever since. Can't remember the last time I felt normal :(

Anyone similar, I have what app :) would love a buddy that understands me x

done a quick search, I think you need that persons number for them to be added into a group, also baring in mind, other members in that group will also be able to see your number.
