ive done a stupid thing

So i was put on to paroxetine by my doctor and a week ago i decided to go cold turkey cause ivthought i was feeling better. Now i feel stupid as i am going through withdrawal symptoms quite bad. I knw ive messed up butcan anyone tell me if its safe to go back on them??

not sure i would go back to the dr and get some advice, i would assume you could restart may get the side effects again though good luck and blessings
