Hello im Andy 6 months ago I had a full nervous breakdown after my daughetr was very ill in hospital and I ended up in a pysch ward for 2 weeks then 2 months later a respite home for another two weeks
The whole ordeal has left me with daily chronic anxiety although I have returned to work full time.I am struggling through this with some medication and waiting for cbt which I hope helps.My biggest worry is my ability to work as I have lots of bills to pay but I dont feel I can cope with my job any longer.On the positive side the medication has lifted my mood but the anxiety and lack of sleep are still very strong.
I hope to read all your recovery stories and offer some support to others when im feeling better one day. :)
