Stomach pain while eating

So more stuff to freak me out a bit. I noticed off and on that sometimes when I am eating, when the food hits my stomach after swallowing, there is occasionally a momentary burning sensation, akin to heartburn. Stomach acid has been a big big issue for m in the past 10 months or so, maybe longer.

Anyone else with anxiety related stomach issues feel this sensation? It is new for me in the past 22 years of HA which accounts for why it kinda freaks me out.

i have had this in the past, where you can almost feel the food land in your stomach. with me it comes and goes. I have had endoscopies and apart from my haitus hernia nothing else has shown.
