I'm not obsessing about everything I had a endoscopy Friday I'm now thinking I have throat c because I lost my voice to weeks ago I've a constant pain in my throat a cough :( well I have myself to blame !

I lost my voice for 3 months when I was 22. it turned out to be from post nasal drip irritating my throat. 2 weeks of steroid nasal spray and it was gone. have u tried an over the counter steroid nasal spray?
