hi hope this doent sound such a stupid question but ive been doing the relaxation everyday ie listning to relaxing music and doing my breathing but the past few days while im doing it after about 10 or 15 mins it feels that ive gone to sleep and feel really tierd and now im worring incase there is something phically wrong with me because I feel tierd after doing the relaxation sorry it sounds so stupid but just want to know if this is normal in relaxation

The same thing happens to me - if I listen to a relaxation track, I nearly always end up falling asleep, even if it's daytime!
