my face symptoms came back

Hi, I will be 34 tomorrow and all I feel is that this will be my last bday. My face symptoms had subsided but I had a cold and/or sinus infection one week ago and now each time I sleep on the side of my face where I get the blocked nostril when I awake I get this feeling of pulling in my face for a minute. My side of face still feels a lottle tight during the day. I am so afraid it is a tumour. Does someone relate?
Also last Monday I started on 10mg cipralex and have some nausea a quwayo stomach and a loss of apetite.

I am so afraid.

every time I get some type of small symptom all my other ones kick up
I have had a sinus lately and now my face goes numb and i have muscle spasms in my face, lazy eye, and pressure all along the check area. I also get arm and leg cramps and spasms. I went from brain tumor to cancer to heart attack to bleeding in the stomach I'm still stuck on the cancer bit but i don't think I do everything I have is on and off
not long lasting even if it comes back it's still on and off it's not sticking
