Constant throat tickle, runny nose, and phlegmy cough?

The throat tickle drives me up the wall when I'm trying to sleep... not as bad during the day but lying down makes it worse. My nose is running like a faucet and I have this weird, rattly, phlegmy cough.

WHY DOES MY THROAT TICKLE? IT'S DRIVING ME CRAZY!

It's not a cold, because I've had colds before and they are different. Also, it's the summer time!

Sinus problem maybe.
I've had same last week or so.

May be it's pollen related or maybe hay fever.
Touch wood-- I have not had a cold for ages. but when I do, I get that tickle in my throat and runny nose, so much so that I stood over the bathroom sink and let my nose run. Makes you feel very miserable . The tickerly throat is a nightmare:hugs:
