Brian tumor worries

Hello,

So im worried about a brain tumor. I always get head aces in the left side of my head and it freaks me out. when i was eating food today the left side of my head even hurt when i was chewing. The inside of my ear also seems to hurt on the left side sometimes, feels like its deep in. Some please help! THANKS!!!!


I am a 20 year old white male.

Current metical conditions-
Sinitus (if you think it is becuase the sinitus can that cause head aces through the whole left side of my head, i though it was usally just in the forhead)
Post Nasal Drip
Allergies
Asthma

i'm not a doctor, but i get these pains to headache lvl8 sharp shooting pains in my head face numbness face twitching lazy eye and muscle aches all over and numbness

It seems perfectly plausible to me that sinusitis could cause pain on one side. Typical sinus pain is the middle, sure, but I've had something that felt a little like earache in my right ear that turned out to be a sinus infection.

does not sound like BT symptoms at all so i would not worry yourself, more likely infection or something very minor blessings
