My anxiety levels have recently been getting better I found it easier and cocos seed on it less which is helping. I have very sore tense muscles in my shoulders and back and neck sometimes keft arm but have in the last couple of days been experiencing burning pain in my sternum area , could this be down to my muscles being too tense or still a city because I've been checked out by hospitals ecgs X-ray cardiologists everything and they found nothing

I don't know. They checked your sternum? Have you jarred it? Stretches can help but I'd ask a physio about it.

Acid reflux?

Trapped wind?

intercostal muscle tightness?
