I'm 26 female and weigh 96kg. I started to have bp issues this year mostly by stress I think. (140/100) doctors now saying its hereditary, I swim 4 times a week and trying to lose weight, we all know this is not easy.
I have a family history on my dads side his mum died at 62 and my granddad at 69(both heart attacks). My mum has been on bp pills since 32.
I have have had a echocardiogram came back fine, numerous ecgs. I do have a extra heart beat i think this effects me a lot (daily) also I am on bp pills now metropolol 47.5. But I'm still having pains in my chest i can feel my heart doing weird things... Is this anxiety? That's what the doctor now says, I'm constantly concerned I'm going to have a heart attack. I am working on my lifestyle I'm really hoping whatever this is will just go away, i just want to live my life. Sigh.

Also I the pain is a heavy feeling. Most people on here that I have read have sharp,pains?
