hi katy
at the moment you have a cold and a nasty chest, sometimes light headeness can be a simple affect from being bunged up and can affect the ears and balance so try to lay down and relax and not worry. I know how scary it is and if im honest i would be feeling the same as you.
Look forward to your holiday this week and please try to not worry honey we are here and you have my number if you want to chat
Dont be scared
