I'm a 32 year old South African. I was first told I was having a panic attack about 6 years ago. ive been able to control it really well up until 3 months ago when all hell broke loose. I just don't know what to do anymore.
I have a heart phobia probably from watching both patents suffer heart attacks, my mom survived hers but my dad didn't
