About 10-15 years ago for me it started as what I thought was social anxiety. Sweaty palms,heart palps, feeling of fainting. Usually around other people at stores in line waiting. Then it changed to anxiety attacks (I guess like GAD) same symptoms but it was happening while I was alone and it was really not all that frequent. Now I'm thinking the meds I was on was helping a lot. I think Citalipram (sp?) I was also on Effexor at one point. Now just the past 6 months or so it has changed to health anxiety. I saw my doctor today and he says that something has triggered it...??? The only thing i could think of is i had a miscarriage back in Jan. (7weeks) otherwise nothing has changed. But i dont know why that would effect it. Has this happened to anyone else? Where symptoms have changed? Thank you in advance........:D
