Hospital appt, so scares

I am sick with worry. I have acute HA of the avoidance type and tomorrow I have to go to the hospital to see an oral surgeon re possible tmj or who knows what. I am petrified beyond words. I have some diazepam but the last one I took made me feel really bad so am too scared to take one. I have only been to a hospital to have the kids. My ex has just died and I am all over the place and so scared I have something awful. I'm scared.

Hospitals are nothing to be scared of. If something was wrong with you then a hospital is the best place you could possibly be. Relax, you'll be fine.
