Do you mean the little patch, lower centre of the pic? Looks like one of those odd little skin discolourations that we all get.. I've got loads of weird things that I can't explain, but if I worried about every single one, I'd drive myself insane.

If anything changes like it starts to bleed, or becomes raised & irritated, then let your GP have a look.. or you could go anytime and show a pharmacist, see what they think.
