12 days off Valium

Hi my name is Paul I live in Bournemouth, I have just come of Valium after 15 years I got down to 30 ml an entered a detox unit for 3 weeks I took my last dose of 5 ml on 2/8/13 which was 1&1/2 weeks ago, I am finding it very hard at the moment, I do suffer from quite bad anxiety, am currently taking matrazapine and have been for a month, could really do with any advice or support at the moment as feel very manic at times, I also feel very isolated

Well done Paul, you have succeeded in overcoming your dependency, many try and fail, you must be made of strong stuff. I hope you find some relief from anxiety by interacting with people here at NMP. All the best.x
