Having a v anxious evening this evening. Just had dinner, and my forehead is feeling really clammy and I'm feeling really hot - even the other half commented on my forehead!
It's not even that warm but I'm now lying in the bedroom with the windows open and th fan on. Anyone else have this issue? :(
