cant cope anymore

For the past 3 weeks I have been expericing chest pain mainly in centre of chest I feel sometimes I cant get a breath and been getting pins and needles in both arms and top of back. Im really scared to the point ive been to hospital docs many times. My doc did my sats and they had fallen to 88 so he did an ecg which was normal. I am now constantly checking my sats and bp as I scared:hugs:my sats sometimes r 94 is this normal?

Sounds exactly like reflux. I have exactly the same symptoms all the time, chest pains, can't breath (usually can't take a full breath), coughing a lot and pins and needles.

I had a recent bout of blood tests and ECG and it was fine.

I'm sure you're fine too, ask the Doc about reflux as it's very common with stress and anxiety. :)
