So 2 weeks ago i was in a and e with palpitations. They did an ecg and bloods which was fine. Ive had a couple in quick succession today lasting about 2 seconds. I have had a couple of glasses of orange juice do you think there is a link?

Drinking or eating set them off for me. Doesn't matter what it is. Read this:

My pvcs started after an operation, but they can be aggravated by food or gas/wind. Orange juice would certainly give me gas, so there may well be a link. There was an article in the Daily Mail recently about palps being triggered by a chemical found in cheese and overripe fruit. Could also be a bit of residual anxiety from the a and e trip.

Pvcs are very, very common - on random ecgs they appear in over 40% of the people tested - I wouldn't worry about having occasional isolated ones.
