Itchy Nipples! - Help!?

I have had extremely itchy nipples for the past two week, at first i thought it may have been down to a change in the products i was using to clean but the symptoms have persisted for so long i am now going crazy. I have no idea what i can do to stop it, i also have a pain in one of my breasts; i feel as though there could be a lump but i am unsure. Any advice??

I have had this in the past. Some people get 'Jogger's Nipple' if they are runners. The times I've had it, I eventually realised my bra size had changed slightly and the cup was chafing! #TMI
