Lavender Epsom Bath Salts

I just ordered these on Amazon. Are they any good? I know a few members recommend them so I am giving them a try.

I haven't tried those particular ones Edward but I do like Epsom salts in my bath. I get mine from here http://www.westlab.co.uk/

I got them on offer Bernie. I am looking forward to using them when they come. The Salts I have now don't really do much for me anymore. I got them in a body shop at the shopping center, but have been dying to try Epsom salts.

I use Epsom salts in my bath but I buy them in 25kg bags from Ebay. You can get a 25 kg bag for about £18. I then add a few drops of lavender oil in the bath. It is much cheaper that way.

I never thought of doing that Annie. The next time I will order the salts and then add lavender. Thanks for the idea :)

Epsom salts are wonderful. Most people are magnesium deficient (which can cause all sorts of anxiety like symptoms in itself) and this is a very good way to get it into your bloodstream. Make sure you use a good cup or two. I add essential oils like lavender or eucalyptus and stay in for 1/2 an hour or so and drink lots of water. You will sweat out toxins and absorb the magnesium.

I will check this out with my pharmacist but I don't think that anyone who is taking lithium carbonate should use Epsom salts . Lithium and Epsom salts have a powerful effect on the kidneys and could cause renal failure. I know that they are not ingested but I will be avoiding Epsom Salts in the near future. EJ

The drug interaction doesn't show any interactions between Lithium and Epsom salts.

I use to use them, good to take a good bath and relax but then I got vaginal infections because of them but I get vaginal infections from about anything lol
