Hi there I'm not sure if these are symptoms of anxiety or not feel sick on and off all day keep going hot then cold tired don't want to talk pains and aches come and go then in couple of hours I feel ok I think just not sure , 1 day I feel like that then the next day I feel ok would like to know your opinions thanks x
