New Petechiae. Could It Still Be Leukaemia or not?

I had a few sporadic Petechiae and a couple of Bruises at the end of June. I had a Blood Test done then and got the results on the 4th July and it was entirely fine - not even a Low Platelets Count or anything. However, I have just got back from Holiday and have developed a large Petevhial Rash on both of my feet and both the bottoms of my Legs. Could this still be Leukaemia or not? My GP said that I did well to spot the previous ones, so is it possible I had the Blood Test too early and it had now developed? My muscles are aching today as well. Is this a Symptom?

I have a Purple Pupura spot on my Leg near some Mosquito Bites now as well. Worried about a Brain Hemmorage from a Low Platelet Count. How would I know? Will I just collapse?

Why not pop back and see the doctor. We can't really diagnose illnesses on here - sorry.
