im 49 and suffered anxiety all my life.
I have a avoidant personality which leads me to missing out on life and makes feel a coward.i avoid doctors,friends, family. all because of health anxiety. I think the only reason I dare come on n.m.p. is because I can not be seen.
is anyone else avoiding in this way
