My Obsessive Thoughts have been taking me to some crazy places lately. I'm either obsessing that I'm going to prison for something (the worst thing I've ever done is going through a red light) or the world I live in isn't real, and that I died a while ago and I'm just living my life as some what of a colma state. I'm able to disregard them eventually, but they always play on mind even though I know they're stupid.
Anybody had anything similar? I feel quite silly.
