Tummy ache :(

Hi at the moment I have a tummy pain.
I think it's gas but it gets worse every time I breathe in.
I'm eating but not enjoying being full after . Only ewting till I don't feel hungry but it makes my tummy feel uncomfortable and its putting me off.
Only managed some toast for breakfast
Yoghurt for lunch and a salad for dinner but I just don't eant to eat it makes my tummy hurt to much :(

Emma I sometimes get a kind of stitch type pain near my ribs if I've got trapped wind, it is very painful and does hurt more when I breath in.

If you get it again, try and make sure that you're sitting upright, nice and straight, not slumped over, and you should find that the wind will move in a few minutes, it usually does for me :)
