Found a piece of plastic in food.

After sitting down to my meal (bought from the chippy) i was eating it then looked down to my knife which had a thin but sharp piece of white plastic on it about 1 cm but 1 cm and a mm thick or so.

Ofc this put me off my food straight away, but now am worried did i eat any? Or was it just an isolated piece.

Surely if i had put some plastic in my mouth i would have felt it?

Edit also made myself vomit incase i ate any stupid i know.

A small bit of plastic won't hurt you and you would know if you ate it.

Thanks for the calming words :) my throat is very sore from vomiting now :(.

I have a phobia of swallowing something i shouldn't which in turn caused me to panic.

Woke up this morning and.my throat feels so sore having to drink alot and eat soothers.

Guess its down to the stomach acid in my throat and off wrenching myself? :(

Yeah making yourself sick is not a good idea and can cause sore throats and stomach pains where you pull the muscles wretching
