Twitch in my left foot and left hand

I usually get tiny twitches in my body but I was in bed and my entire left foot twitched once, and a out 2 minutes later my left hand twitched. Is this something I should be worried about?

I have brain tumour anxiety so it scares me:(

Nah they are just muscle fasciculations. I get them all the time regardless. Nothing to worry about :)
