Are These Night Sweats or not?

Last Might I woke up and my face felt really sweaty. I don't usually get this. It wasn't dripping or anything, just clammy. Is this a night sweat? Freaking out now about Leukaemia more.

Every doctor I have seen tells me tht night sweats relating to ca are drenching. Like you just stepped out of the shower or out of a swimming pool. Even then not alway ca.

I recently seen a haematoligist consult who specialises in ca of the blood including what you are fearing and she asked me about my night sweats. I told her I wake sweaty under hair and chest and her reply was 'but you are not having to change bedding and clothing?' I said no and she said those are the ones they ate concerned about / the drenching ones.
