If you've read my story you'll know that ive suffered like you all with ha and all the physical stuff. Im now almost ha free so all I want to say is that you are all stronger than you think. Yes its true that a lot of the physical stuff mimic more serious issues but ask yourself this... im still alive! And I've not had a heart attack! And if id had a neuro disease I'd know by now! You look at people in the street and wish you were as happy and healthy as them but believe me you are mentally stronger than they are, I bet they would struggle to cope with what you're going through. When you get over this illness, yes when! You'll find your stronger than ever.

No only pain killers and amitriptyline, ive got better since seeing a neuro and I go for acupuncture with massage's on a weekly basis but my main cure was being positive and determination.
