So for a long while (since 2009) i have had a rather stuffy sinus. I can breathe through it but it takes a long while to do so and more often than not one side is completely blocked (hardly any air can even get through).
But i always feel somewhat drowsy and tired during the day for a long while now. I used to wake up during the night quite a few times but nowadays it rarely happens (i stay asleep).
So is it possible it might be causing mild sleep apnea? I don't wake up feeling breathless (this has happened maybe once or twice in the past) and i don't feel any horrible symptoms when waking most of the time. But i have had similar sleep apnea type symptoms in the past at random points (often spaced out, haven't had any recently).
So could it be possible?
