I have this on my foot. You can't see well but it's kind of like a hole. It hurts to :( getting really worried over it as whole foot hurts

It looks like an irritation or blister from wearing a shoe that doesn't quite fit right. A shoe that doesn't fit quite right would also cause your foot pain.

Hi.
I do have to wear steel toe cap shoes for work. Maybe that caused it :)
