well heres the story. a couple of days ago i spent hours on my laptop & my left leg was under me all the time. so the next day i just happend to feel my ankle & leg just up from it & it was numb. but all today ad been the same. & now the side of my left foot is numb too. im wondering because i was sitting on my leg for hours it could be like a trapped nerve or something. and also i felt all funny in my arms (mainly left) today & they went all tingly & maybe a numb feeling & i felt all panicky & upset. but i had a slp at 3pm till 6:10pm so must of needed it & wen i woke went to the toilet & i was on my monthly so that could of been the arms feeling thing & panic & emotion. i also went realy weak this morning too. but my concern is my left leg it,s scaring me. i miight give it a few days & if not gone go to docs but i suffer ha so scared to go just incase he says it,s something bad. i also do alot of walking. im hoping it,s a trapped nerve
