I posted earlier about MILD headaches & anxiety & their relation & received helpful responses for which I am grateful. I KNOW my symptoms are real, but also know the anxiety over them intensifies them. I have a lot of tension & anxiety in my life & I also was in a friendship that was quite toxic for me that vibe had to end. This is going to be difficult because there are very few peopleci can talk to & need that outlet at times. Is there a section on this site just for venting about the emotional issues that trigger a great deal of my anxiety which triggers symptoms? Thank You.
