My spine hurts

The top of my spine at the base of my neck feels like it is full of fluid or something and is very heavy. It is hard to describe. I feel like this constantly, like my head is too heavy. I hear swooshing sounds in my ears intermittently. I was feeling like an electrical surge in top of my spine as well. Any others with this??

hi sheryl I get a similar sort of feeling,mine is caused through tension in my neck and shoulders.Im always so tense and my head feels really heavy.I always feel like Im carrying bricks on my shoulders.:(
