sever groin pain

Hi

I was wondering if anyone else gets this last night i had the most horrendous groin pain ive ever experienced it lasted for over 2 hours, it was just above bikini line and the cramps was unbearable, even bowel movement didnt move the cramping i must of gone at least 15 times in the 2 hours, i have had ibs for quite a few years now but never experienced this level of pain.
