please help panic about stomach

Hi could anyone offer any advice I have had stomach problems for years I have ibs and when I'm anxious my stomach is the first thing it affects I get aches and pains in my stomach quite a lot it's sometimes right side and sometimes left at the minute its right side abd its been on and off for couple of weeks but this time its really panicked me I am terrified there is something serious wrong I have had scans recent one about a month ago blood test ok apart from low ferritin, Imy worse fear is appendix but I no it wouldn't linger this long and I would be very ill, its not even a bad pain its more niggling and annoying than anything can anxiety cause these types of pain its certainly worse when I worry about it and it is hard not to I wounded if it could be muscular as I have a 2 yr old who I lift up a lot , any advice would be helpful I am really scared at minute thanks xx
