Hi everyone

I don't know if any of you have heard of Dr Claire Weekes. Sadly Dr Weekes passed away in 1990, however, her books are still being published, thank goodness. I have just read her book Essential Help for your nerves. It is brilliant. It advises you to accept the panic and see it through to other side and only by confronting the fear of panic will you recover. She has also written several other books which I am now going to purchase. I got my copy at a branch of WH Smiths but I am sure you will be able to order at any well known book shop. The advice in this book, this web site, my rescue remedy and lavender oil, got me all the way to Gran Canaria and back on a flight without the dreaded panic.

Lots of love

Janice

Hi Janice,

Her books/tapes are the mecca of anxiety still after all these years ..
The whole range is easily chosen and obtainable from www.amazon.co.uk.

Glad to hear about the successful flight
